Founded in 1985 in NYC by Mark and Josette Patterson, Mark Patterson is one of the top National fine jewelry brands. They opened their flagship brick and mortar store and jewelry design studio in Newport Beach, CA in 2010 and needed a new look to their existing website. With these incredible designs, Mark needed an experience on their new website to showcase these amazing diamond rings. The current website was not easy to use with a confusing menu and navigation. The website also needed a functioning store finder for all the stores that provide their designs. He also wanted to be able to upload images and change out text with ease with a dashboard that was easy to use. One of the largest issues before Mark even moved forward was that he needed to feel confident that the project was going to get completed in a reasonable amount of time.

The Strategy
We met with Mark and made a strategy that he was very happy with. We showed examples of what his website could look like. We also wanted to make sure the website was optimized properly for the local market but not infringing on his reseller’s store (Not an easy task). The most important goal was to look better than the local and national competitors designs in Orange County and in Los Angeles.
The Results
Mark was so happy with the results of his new website. Drive Traffic Media kept on their timeline and was ahead of schedule for development and had great communications with Mark to create his dream website. With one training session, Mark was able to update his website with ease with new images with his constantly changing line of jewelry. With a well-optimized website with the right optimization, the website was able to get the local traffic needed to increase business exponentially. The client has been extremely happy with the store locator and ease of the use of the website. Number one the client has increased sales from a new design from the SEO and social media exposer.
